Programme participation is subject to application, approval and a signed Ailias Partner Agreement. Commission, discounts and opportunity protection apply only to qualifying opportunities registered and approved by Ailias. All projects remain subject to availability, technical feasibility, rights clearance, agreed scope and contract.

Once signed, you’ll get access to the Experience Partner Portal where you can log your details,
download resources and register deals.
Qualifying opportunities registered through the Partner Portal and approved by Ailias are protected for an initial 120-day period, subject to the Partner Agreement. Protection applies only to the named customer and specific approved opportunity and may be extended where there is demonstrable ongoing activity.
Registering a deal couldn’t be simpler.
Programme benefits and commercial terms apply only to approved partners operating under a signed Ailias Partner Agreement. Individual opportunities must be registered and approved by Ailias. All projects remain subject to availability, technical feasibility, rights clearance, agreed scope and contract.
Introduce a qualifying new opportunity and receive a 10% referral commission on eligible net revenue received by Ailias from the approved project. Full commission terms and exclusions are set out in the Partner Agreement.
You manage and bill your client while Ailias provides the agreed solution and fulfilment services at partner pricing. Receive a 20% partner discount on eligible Ailias products and services, with responsibilities confirmed in each project proposal.
Purchase an approved holobox and manage the hardware, logistics and installation directly. Tier 3 partners receive preferential software and experience pricing, including discounts of up to 60% on eligible services.
For Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, Ailias provides the technology, content, AI configuration and delivery services agreed in the individual project proposal. Hardware, logistics, installation and on-site support arrangements are confirmed for each project and location. For Tier 3 partners operating their own approved holobox, Ailias provides the agreed software, Digital Human and remote support services.
Referral commission becomes payable as the corresponding customer payments are received by Ailias in cleared funds. Where a customer pays in stages, commission is calculated against the corresponding payments received. Resale and Buy-In partner discounts are applied through the agreed project quotation.

The programme is non-exclusive unless Ailias expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Any territorial or sector exclusivity is subject to separate performance criteria and a written agreement.
